For Contractors

After signing up, provide your state business registration number and/or contractor license number. We verify this information against official state records. Verification typically takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email once your account is verified.

You'll need your business legal name, DBA (if applicable), business address, phone number, email, and either your state business registration number or contractor license number. Having your license information ready speeds up verification.

No, only verified contractors can search customer profiles and leave reviews. This protects the integrity of our platform and ensures all information comes from legitimate businesses.

From your dashboard, go to "Leave Review" and search for the customer by name and address. If they exist in our system, you can submit a review. If not, you can create a new customer profile and then review them.

Be honest and factual. Include information about payment behavior, communication, respect for your time, and any notable interactions. Select appropriate tags (paid on time, late payer, etc.) that accurately reflect your experience.

Yes, homeowners can dispute reviews they believe are unfair or inaccurate. If this happens, you'll be notified and given a chance to respond. Our admin team reviews disputes impartially.

You'll receive a notification with the dispute details. You can provide additional evidence or context. Our team will review both sides and make a decision within 5-10 business days. The review may be upheld, modified, or removed.

Your business name is attached to your reviews, not hidden. This transparency ensures accountability and helps build trust in the platform. Anonymous reviews could be easily abused.
